我公司承建牡丹江炼油厂两台120M~3球罐的拼装、焊接工程。该球罐的主要技术参数如下:球罐内径6100mm、壁厚24mm、材质16MnR、设计压力16kg/cm~2。球罐在拼装前按炼化建“403-77”规范对球片进行了超声波探伤抽查,其抽查率为35%,且每带不少于2片,检查结果均符合“JB 1150-73”压力容器用钢板超声波标准Ⅲ级规定的要求,而在球片进行开坡口时,发现没有超探过的球片中有夹层缺陷,经超声波探伤确认缺陷已超过规范要求。为确保球罐工程质量,我们对全部球片进行了超探(包括已组焊完毕的球片)。先后发现三块不合格的球片,其中一
