有机粉尘吸入是否引起呼吸系疾病,特别是能否导致有机尘肺,有不同的见解。为探讨黄麻粉尘有无致肺纤维化的作用,配合车间空气中麻尘卫生标准的研制,作者进行了黄麻尘对大鼠肺纤维化作用的实验研究,现将结果报告如下。材料和方法实验选用 Wistar 大鼠(四川省医学科学院实验动物中心提供),体重160~2O0g,雌雄各半,在乙醚轻度麻醉下,每只大鼠经口气管内单侧注入黄麻生理盐水混悬液12.5mg.并连续三天腹腔注射青霉素钠盐1万 u;两周后进行第二次染尘,再注入黄麻尘
Organic dust inhalation can cause respiratory diseases, especially if it leads to organic pneumoconiosis, with different opinions. In order to explore the role of jute dust in inducing pulmonary fibrosis, with the development of health standards for dust in the air in the workshop, the author conducted an experimental study on the effects of jute dust on pulmonary fibrosis in rats. The results are reported as follows. Materials and Methods Experimental Wistar rats (provided by Laboratory Animal Center of Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences) were used in this experiment.
