2014年6月19日,印度对原产于中国、欧盟、韩国和泰国的精对苯二甲酸(PTA)作出反倾销初裁:建议对自上述国家进口的涉案产品征收临时反倾销税。在本案中,有4家中国企业提交了获得市场经济待遇的申请,但印度未给予上述4家企业以市场经济待遇。2013年10月,印度对原产于中国、欧盟、韩国和泰国的精对苯二甲酸进行反倾销立案调查。
On June 19, 2014, India made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on refined terephthalic acid (PTA) originating in China, the EU, South Korea and Thailand: It is proposed to impose a provisional anti-dumping duty on the products involved in the importation from these countries. In this case, four Chinese enterprises submitted their applications for obtaining market economy treatment. However, India did not grant these four enterprises market economy treatment. In October 2013, India conducted an anti-dumping investigation on refined terephthalic acid originating from China, the EU, South Korea and Thailand.
