目的分析、识别宝鸡市某真空断路器生产企业建设项目存在的职业病有害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施效果,提出合理可行的防护对策,以保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测法、检查表法、职业卫生健康检查等方法进行综合评价。结果该项目选址、总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、建筑卫生学、个体防护用品、应急救援措施、辅助用室等均符合国家标准、规范要求。在生产工艺过程中产生的X射线是该项目职业病危害控制的关键点,共设113个监测点,108个点合格,合格率为95.58%。其他职业病危害有生产性噪声、粉尘和工频电场等,检测结果均符合国家标准。结论该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为X射线,其次为生产性噪声和粉尘、工频电场等。其职业病危害防护设施和个人防护用品比较齐全,且可靠有效。因此,在确保各类职业病护设施有效运行、并采取控制职业病危害的补充措施前提下,该项目存在的职业病危害因素可得到有效控制。
Objective To analyze and identify the harmful factors of occupational diseases in the construction project of a manufacturer of vacuum circuit breakers in Baoji City and evaluate the effects of protective measures against occupational hazards and put forward reasonable and feasible countermeasures to protect the health of laborers. Methods The methods of occupational health field survey, occupational health examination, checklist and occupational health examination were used to make a comprehensive evaluation. Results The project site, overall layout, production technology and equipment layout, building hygiene, personal protective equipment, emergency rescue measures, and auxiliary rooms all met the requirements of national standards and norms. The X-ray generated during the production process is the key point for occupational hazards control of this project. There are 113 monitoring sites and 108 qualified sites, with a pass rate of 95.58%. Other occupational hazards are productive noise, dust and power frequency electric fields, etc. The test results are in line with national standards. Conclusion The main occupational hazards that exist in this project are X-ray, followed by productive noise and dust, power frequency electric field and so on. Its occupational hazards protection facilities and personal protective equipment more complete, and reliable and effective. Therefore, under the premise of ensuring the effective operation of all kinds of occupational protection facilities and taking the supplementary measures to control the occupational hazards, the occupational hazards that exist in the project can be effectively controlled.
