本文阐述了石油企业加强职工思想政治工作的原则,我们提出了要根据员工实际情况做好深入细致的思想政治工作;要结合工作形势,安排好政治思想工作的任务内容;要树立先进典型,增强工作实效性;要增强思想政治工作的感染力和战斗力等石油企业加强职工思想政治工作的措施。
This article elaborates the principle of petroleum enterprises in strengthening their ideological and political work. We have proposed that we should conduct thorough and meticulous ideological and political work according to the actual conditions of our employees. We should make arrangements for the tasks and contents of political and ideological work in the light of the work situation. We must establish an advanced model and enhance Work effectiveness; to enhance the ideological and political work of the infectious and combat effectiveness of oil and other workers to strengthen ideological and political work measures.
