随着桥梁建设的发展和船舶数量的增多,船舶碰撞大桥事故有上升的趋势,给人命财产安全带来巨大损失。通过事故案例分析,探讨影响通航桥梁水上安全的因素,提出大桥设计、施工及运营阶段应综合考虑水上安全管理措施建议,并加强运营管理及恶劣天气等不利条件下船舶通航安全的管理,建立覆盖桥区水域的船舶交通管理系统等对策,以减少和避免船舶通过大桥安全事故的发生。
With the development of the bridge construction and the increase of the number of ships, the accident of the collision of ships on the bridge has been on the rise, which brings great losses to the safety of human lives and property. Through the analysis of accident cases, the paper discusses the factors influencing aquatic safety of navigation bridges, and puts forward that the design, construction and operation stages of the bridge should synthetically consider the recommendations on the management measures for maritime safety and strengthen the management of ship navigation safety under unfavorable conditions such as operation management and adverse weather, Bridge traffic management system and other water areas to countermeasures to reduce and avoid the ship through the bridge safety accidents.
