隐匿性消化道出血是指常规检查较难明确出血部位或较易遗漏的一类消化系统疾病,常造成临床诊断及治疗的困难。作者收集近年工作中遇到的此类误诊病例,总结并探讨如下:
Occult gastrointestinal bleeding refers to the routine examination more difficult to clear the site of bleeding or more easily missed a class of digestive diseases, often causing clinical diagnosis and treatment difficulties. The author collects such misdiagnosed cases encountered in recent years and summarizes and explores the following:
