目的 :观察益气活血中药对晚期非小细胞肺癌介入化疗后免疫功能及生存期等临床影响。 方法 :5 4例患者介入化疗后给予益气活血中药 (A)组与 80例单纯介入化疗 (B)组进行比较。 结果 :A、B两组有效率为 5 9 3%、41 2 %有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 1、2年生存率分别为 83 3%、2 4 1%、5 7 5 %、7 5 %有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,免疫功能A组高于B组。 结论 :益气活血中药能更好地提高机体免疫力 ,延长中位生存期及远期生存率。
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Yiqi Huoxue Chinese medicine on immune function and survival after advanced chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Fifty-four patients undergoing chemotherapy were given Yiqi Huoxue Chinese Herbs (A) group and 80 cases of simple interventional chemotherapy (B) group. Results: The effective rates of group A and B were 59.3% and 41.2%, respectively (P <0.05). The 1-year and 2-year survival rates were 83.3%, 24.1%, 57.5% and 75% respectively (P <0.05), and the immune function in group A was higher than that in group B. Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Chinese medicine can better improve the body immunity, prolong the median survival and long-term survival rate.
