1.现用铅槽复盖料的情况目前我国大多数厂家钢丝热处理铅槽上都是用木炭粉和膨胀蛭石粉作复盖料,由于木炭粉不能耐高温,往往在铅槽入口处被烧焦。为了不使木炭粉烧坏必须经常在铅槽上洒水,在洒水过程中,由于操作不当,经常将水洒到钢丝上,造成淬火钢丝局部机械性能恶劣,给拉拔带来困难。而且水与较高温度的木炭粉接触,产生带有铅尘的水蒸汽弥散到车间里,污染了车间的环境。
