在建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的背景下,企业环境友好行为是企业作为社会的微观经济单元参与两型社会建设所采取的亲环境的积极行动。在两型社会建设中,如何引导企业走向环境友好具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。环保主义者、政府、消费者,是企业环境友好行为的重要引导主体。但是,当前环保非政府组织的法律地位缺失,环保主义者的影响力有限;企业环境违法处罚力度低,环保法规不足以威慑企业实施环境友好行为;市场激励机制不完善,难以驱动企业主动进行环境技术创新;社会公众绿色消费意识低,制约企业绿色产品的生产和供给。因此,扶持环境非政府组织的发展、严厉惩处企业环境违法行为、完善市场激励机制、倡导社会公众绿色消费、重塑企业环境伦理文化等措施,是引导企业走向环境友好的重要路径。

Therefore, measures such as supporting the development of environmental non-governmental organizations, severely punishing corporate environmental violations, improving market incentives, advocating green consumption by the public, and reshaping the corporate environmental ethics and culture are all important ways to guide enterprises toward environmental friendliness.
