一、董仲舒的政治主张 董仲舒最主要的政治思想是天人感应说。他认为天是有意志的,天人之间是可以相通的,同时,天又是至高无上的,人间的最高统治者君主代表天来行使他的权力。他说:“天者,百神之君也,王者之所尊也。”君主即使有再大的权力,他也必须服从天的意志。而所谓天的意志,也就是整个地主阶级的共同意志,也就是以符合统治集团的共同利益和维护封建国家这部机器正常运转为主要内容的意志。
