全国第二届墙改办主任会议今天开幕了,这次会议的主要任务是总结交流各地贯彻国务院国发[1992]66号文件情况,尤其是1994年天津会议后各地墙改工作的新进展和新情况;讨论《全国墙改与建筑节能“九五”计划和2010年发展规划》;议定加强“专项用费”管理的有关规定;研究布置1996年的工作任务.由于这次会议时处“八五”末年,即将步入“九五”时期,1996年又将召开全国第二届墙改工作会议,因此,这次办公室主任会议,既是一年一度的工作例会,亦是“八五”和“九五”衔接的会议,为1996年第二届墙改工作会议做准备的会议.会议任务重,目的明确,时间短,内容多,希望大家集中精力,集思广益,认真讨论,把会议开好.
