本文报导水稻花药在一种培养基上直接培养出可移植的大苗即一次成苗的研究结果。籼、粳稻与其杂种F_1,以及杂交水稻作一次成苗培养均取得成功。培养分化效果,比常规培养法好,如提高了绿苗分化率、绿苗素质、苗的生长速度及移栽成活率。同时使培养程序大为简化。此法的技术关键是采用低浓度2.4—D与高浓度的细胞分裂素相配合的培养基,并提高培养室的相对湿度。此法育成的花粉的性状遗传及H_1的染色体组的培数,均与常规培养成的相类似。
This paper reports that rice anther culture in a direct culture of transplantable seedlings that once the result of the study. Indica, japonica and their hybrid F_1, as well as hybrid rice as a seedling culture success. Cultivation of differentiation, better than the conventional culture, such as improving the rate of green plantlet differentiation, green seedling quality, seedling growth rate and transplanting survival rate. At the same time, the training process is greatly simplified. The key technique of this method is to use medium with low concentration of 2.4-D in combination with high concentration of cytokinin and to increase the relative humidity in the culture chamber. The pollen traits inherited from this method and the chromosome number of H_1 were all similar to that of conventional culture.
