本文改进了前列腺素E(PGE)抗体的制备方法,并阐明几种PGE抗体的特性。用放射免疫法测定结果表明:这些抗体的灵敏度与亲和力高,PGE_2Ⅱ_(Ab)特异性强、测定范围广。
This article improves the preparation of prostaglandin E (PGE) antibodies and elucidates the properties of several PGE antibodies. The results of radioimmunoassay showed that these antibodies have high sensitivity and affinity, strong specificity of PGE_2Ⅱ_ (Ab) and wide range of determination.
