运用材料拉伸、冲击、硬度等试验方法,研究了热处理工艺对 XCQ16-1钢的组织和力学性能的影响,并对其微观组织和性能关系进行了讨论。结果表明,该钢在880℃淬火、500℃回火时可获得良好的强韧性效果。
The effects of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of XCQ16-1 steel were studied by means of tensile test, impact test and hardness test. The relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties was also discussed. The results show that the steel quenched at 880 ℃, tempering at 500 ℃ can obtain a good toughness effect.
