用放射性同位素γ-32P-ATP标记人工合成的简单重复序列(GATA)4,与经DraⅠ酶切的8个番茄品种的DNA进行Southern杂交,得到的DNA指纹在品种间差异很大,在品种内单株间无差异。经统计计算,任意两个品种间具有完全相同DNA指纹的概率为1.1×10-4,呈现了高度的品种特异性。
Synthetic simple repeat (GATA) 4 was labeled with radioisotope γ-32P-ATP and Southern hybridization was carried out with the DNA of 8 tomato cultivars digested with DraⅠ. The DNA fingerprints obtained were very different among cultivars There was no difference between single plants. By statistical calculation, the probability of having identical DNA fingerprints between any two varieties was 1.1 × 10 -4, showing a high degree of species specificity.
