实施挫折教育是素质教育的需要。学生常常在学习、情感、意志、人际交往、就业等方面遭遇挫折。培养学生的耐挫折能力,使他们适应竞争激烈的社会的需求,是素质教育的重要课题。对学生进行挫折教育,学语文课程有着得天独厚的条件,也是语文老师应尽的责任和义务。笔者在实际教学中注意引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观及价值观,培养学生开朗乐观的个性,引导学生如何应对挫折,收到了较好的效果。
Implementing frustration education is the need for quality education. Students often experience setbacks in learning, emotion, will, interpersonal communication, and employment. Cultivating students’ ability to withstand setbacks and adapting them to the needs of a highly competitive society is an important issue in quality education. Frustration education for students, language learning programs have unique conditions, but also the language teachers should fulfill their responsibilities and obligations. In the actual teaching, the author pays attention to guiding students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, cultivate students’ cheerful and optimistic personality, and guide students how to deal with setbacks. They have received good results.
