High-tech industry is the most important weapon for a country to gain long-term competitive advantage and is an important support for the sustainable development of social economy. The successful experience of foreign high-tech industries shows that the development of high-tech industries is closely related to the development of venture capital. We think the problem of capital investment is a key issue that restricts the development of China’s high-tech industries. Vigorously develop risk investment, solve high-tech industries
