由于建筑工程特别是高大建筑的施工中,滑升模板和升板法工艺被广泛采用,为了控制提升中的水平度,以求达到同步提升的目的。根据山东省科委下达任务,由山东省激光研究所承担,并由山东省建筑工程局和山东省勘察公司等单位协作,于最近研制成功了JS-2型激光自控水平扫描仪。整机经过实际检测证明性能良好,各项技术指标都达到了设计的要求。
Due to the construction projects, especially the construction of tall buildings, the sliding formwork and the riser method have been widely adopted. In order to control the level of upgrading, it is necessary to achieve the purpose of simultaneous promotion. According to the task of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Commission, it was undertaken by the Shandong Institute of Laser Research, and coordinated by the Shandong Provincial Construction Engineering Bureau and the Shandong Province Investigation Company. Recently, the JS-2 laser self-controlled level scanner was successfully developed. The actual testing of the whole machine proved that the performance is good, and all technical indicators have reached the design requirements.
