1前言当今的世界乒坛已发展到了一个更高的阶段:速度、旋转、力量和变化紧密结合,运动员必须学会在越来越快速和激烈的对抗以及变化的条件下,熟练而准确地运用技术、战术。而各级大型比赛,运动员要想取得好成绩就必须在身体、精神、心理的负担都很重的前提下,连续进行十几天的比赛,由于身体素质训练水平较差,在比赛的后期,降低了球的速度和力量,而输掉比赛的例子举不胜数。因此,一个优秀的运动员必须具有较全面的技、战术能力以及较好的身体素质和心理品质。
