本文采用原子吸收光谱法测定了武汉市210例健康学龄儿童发铬含量,并分析了发铬与血清葡萄糖的相关关系。结果表明,健康学龄儿童发铬含量为0.77±0.54μg/g,性别和年龄间无显著差异,但较同时测定的12例学龄前期儿童发铬值低、较21例青少年发铬位高,这种随年龄增长发铬含量减少的现象提示铬从身体贮存库中的丢失。健康学龄儿童发铬与血糖呈正相关,对其机制本文作了探讨。
In this paper, the atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the chromium levels in 210 healthy school-age children in Wuhan. The correlation between chromogenic chromium and serum glucose was analyzed.
