运用10种限制性内切酶分析了林氏果蝇(Drosophilalini)来自不同地区的22个单雌系的线粒体DNA(mtDNA)限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)。采自台湾省的TAW3146.1与大多数采自广东的品系相同;而广东省品系中则存在一定程度的分化,DHS307、315和NKS9234仅在HindⅢ的酶切位点上与其余单雌系不同;TAW3146.1与来自缅甸中部的MMY307,MMY326之间的遗传距离为0.00274;MMY307与MMY326之间无差异;TAW3146.1与来自缅甸南部的RGN3,RGN206的遗传距离分别为0.00534和0.00553;MMY307,MMY326与RGN3,RGN206则分别为0.00835和0.00868。RGN3、206的分化较为明显。这一结果与生殖隔离测试的结果基本一致
Ten restriction enzymes were used to analyze mitochondrial DNA restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) of 22 hermaphrodite lines from different regions of Drosophila Linn. TAW3146.1 from Taiwan province is the same as most strains from Guangdong; while there is a certain degree of differentiation in Guangdong strains. DHS307, 315 and NKS9234 are only different from other single herds at HindIII restriction sites ; The genetic distance between TAW3146.1 and MMY307 and MMY326 from central Myanmar was 0.00274; there was no difference between MMY307 and MMY326; the genetic distances between TAW3146.1 and RGN3 and RGN206 from southern Myanmar were 0.00534 and 0.00553; MMY307, MMY326 and RGN3, RGN206 were 0.00835 and 0.00868, respectively.
