影片《人生》是追求抒情性的叙事风格的。全片(上下集)共717个镜头,可见长镜头数量之多,桥头送别、桥头断婚、婚礼(实为爱情的葬礼)等别致的镜头处理,都显示出导演独具一格的艺术选择功力。但是这部影片在镜头的处理和组接上也有值得商榷之处。比如高加林与黄亚萍在城外谈心时的一处镜头组接,我以为就是明显的艺术失误。这一段落的内容交待是这样的: 126、东岗外秋黄昏 [远一中]俯瞰县城,参差不齐的建筑物,缕缕升起的炊烟……加林和亚萍坐在楞坎上,默默地望着山下。亚萍:“我要走了……”加林:“去出差?到什么地方?”……亚萍看着加林说:“我父亲就要转业到南京工作了,那儿是我的老家,我也要调到那儿工作去……” 127、树林外秋傍晚
