创新不单单是实现企业价值的重要推动力,也是实现顾客价值的重要手段,本文,首先从创新及顾客价值的理论入手,揭示两者的内在理论依据。随后,具体阐述两者之间的相互作用;进而提出适当的顾客价值管理策略。
Innovation is not only an important driving force to realize the enterprise value, but also an important means to realize the customer value. This article starts with the theory of innovation and customer value and reveals the internal theoretical basis of both. Then, elaborate the interaction between the two; then put forward the appropriate customer value management strategy.
