一般塔机障碍灯均由司机在天黑前手工开亮,这不仅增加了工作量,而且还不能根据户外光线的强弱来及时地开关障碍灯。为克服这一缺点,我们根据三极管的开关特性设计了如下电路,实现了塔机障碍灯开关的自动控制。电路由塔机总空气开关ZK下端引出,进入变压器TB,并经桥式整流器DQ后变成直流,以保证在停机情况下控制电路不断电。障碍灯DX_1、DX_2由继电器J控制,当白天光照强时,光敏二极管D_1反向导通,三极管T_1截止,三极管T_2也截止,因此继电器J断电不动作,障碍灯DX_1、DX_2不亮;反之,当天黑光照弱时,D_1截止,T_1基极
