正确的选择调整晶体(PT)管的热状态是保障晶体管补偿电路(TKC)工作可靠性的重要问题之一,而对于功率调整晶体管是正确地选择散热器,并且把管子紧固在散热器上。本文不详细讨论散热器的计算问题。这些问题将在著作中加以详细讨论。
The right choice to adjust the thermal state of the transistor (PT) tube is one of the important issues in guaranteeing the reliability of the transistor compensation circuit (TKC). For the power regulating transistor, the heat sink is properly selected and the tube is fastened to the heat sink . This article does not discuss in detail the calculation of the radiator. These questions will be discussed in detail in the book.
