本文用发色性合成物质(BAPNA)为底物的合成底物法,测定能合成缓激肽的前激肽释放酶活力。用放射免疫法测定能使缓激肽分解的激肽酶活力。结果提示:AMI 早期激肽释放酶被活化,缓激肽产生增加,而激肽酶活力下降,缓激肽灭活减少,均导致血浆中缓激肽增加。这可能是 AMI 早期心绞痛,低血压状态的重要原因之一
In this paper, the chromogenic synthetic substrate (BAPNA) as a substrate for the synthesis of substrate method to determine the synthesis of bradykinin prekallikrein activity. Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the activity of kallikinase, which decomposes bradykinin. The results suggest that AMI early kallikrein is activated, increased bradykinin production, and kininase activity decreased, bradykinin inactivation decreased, leading to an increase in plasma bradykinin. This may be AMI early angina, one of the important causes of hypotension
