最近出版了一本新书——《关注民生——中国社会保障制度模式及运行》。作者简介这样写到:李斌, 吉林大学经济学院研究生毕业,经济学博士,吉林省劳动保障学会名誉会长。多年来,在从事经济管理、就业和社会保障、人口资源环境以及关系人民群众生产生活实际工作的同时,致力于宏观经济收入分配和社会保障等领域的研究。其实,作者李斌有一个更为重要的角色——吉林省副省长,也是吉林社保试点的一线指挥官。在走进吉林试点的专访中,记者不仅感受到了这位专家型官员对社会保障工作的熟知程度,而且听到了她对社会保障理论独到而深刻的见解。
