目的:探究加强住院医师临床心电学教育的重要意义。方法:以瑞安市人民医院心脏无创检测中心的208名住院医师为研究对象,将这些住院医师随机分成常规培训教育组和规范化培训教育组。从理论知识、操作技能及心电图分析能力等方面比较分析两组医师心电学水平。结果:两组医师理论知识、操作技能以及心电图分析能力等方面考核成绩较培训之前均有了明显提升,其中规范化培训教育组成绩提升水平明显高于常规培训教育组(P<0.05)。结论:在对住院医师培训过程中加强规范化培训教育力度,重点突出心电教育,可以有效提高住院医师的心电学水平,对于提高临床诊疗效果有着重要的作用。
Objective: To explore the significance of strengthening the clinical education of resident cardiologists. Methods: A total of 208 residents in Ruian People ’s Hospital Center for Noninvasive Cardiac Surgery were enrolled in this study. The residents were randomly divided into routine training group and standardized training group. From the theoretical knowledge, operational skills and ECG analysis of comparative analysis of two groups of physicians ECG level. Results: The examination scores of theoretical knowledge, operational skills and ECG analysis ability of the two groups were obviously improved compared with that before training. The performance of standardization training education group was significantly higher than that of conventional training education group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Strengthening standardized training and education in residency training, focusing on ECG education, can effectively improve the level of residency ECG, for improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment has an important role.
