随着青海东部高速公路的建设,黄土区涵洞台背回填质量成为施工的主要技术难题,选择合适的回填夯实工艺显得尤为重要。试验现场应用液压夯实工艺对涵洞台背两侧进行夯实,研究在不同摊铺厚度、夯实遍数情况下的压实效果情况,分析了不同工艺参数下的作业效率情况。试验结果表明:当填料摊铺厚度为50cm、液压夯击次数为8次时,其工后压实效果较好;由工后长期沉降监测分析可知,其沉降量满足施工要求;最后通过预算定额对比分析,验证了液压夯实工艺的经济性。
With the construction of expressway in eastern Qinghai Province, the backfill quality of culverts in the loess area has become the major technical difficulty in construction. Choosing the appropriate backfill compaction technology is particularly important. At the test site, the two sides of the back of the culvert were compacted by hydraulic compaction technology. The compaction effect under different paving thickness and compaction times was studied, and the operating efficiency under different process parameters was analyzed. The test results show that when the thickness of paving filler is 50cm and the number of hydraulic impacting is 8, the post-construction compaction effect is good. According to long-term settlement monitoring and analysis after construction, the settlement value meets the construction requirements; finally, The comparative analysis verified the economy of the hydraulic compaction process.
