教学系部将日常管理的部分工作作为勤工助学岗位,使勤工助学岗位从传统的“劳务型”向“知识型”拓展。教师言传身教、有序管理,使大学生通过勤工助学活动不仅经济压力得到了缓解,还巩固了专业知识,提高了综合素质,锻炼了实践能力,充分发挥了系部教书育人的职能。本文分析了教学系部勤工助学岗位的优势,并对今后的管理工作提出了建议。
Teaching Department of the part of the day-to-day management of jobs as part-time jobs, work-study jobs from the traditional “service-oriented” to “knowledge-based” expansion. Teachers through words and deeds, orderly management, so that students through work-study activities not only economic pressures have been alleviated, but also consolidate the professional knowledge, improve the overall quality, exercise the practical ability, give full play to the Department of teaching and educating people’s functions. This article analyzes the advantage of teaching department work-study positions, and puts forward suggestions for future management.
