一、前言 电刷镀是在工件表面快速电沉积金属层的新技术,用于零部件的修理,可提高工件的使用寿命和可靠性,减少备件的生产和储存。 电刷镀的优点是工件不变形,镀层与基体金属结合牢固,镀层光洁,厚度可以控制,在要求不高的情况下,不再切削加工,修理工期短。电刷镀专用电源比较轻便,大型工件可在现场局部解体修理,具有明显的经济效益。是目前国内正在推广应用的新技术。
I.
