1989年11月9～13日,由国家科委、国家计委和国防科工委联合在北京召开了“第三次全国新材料科技工作会议”。出席会议的除三委有关部门领导外,还有中科院、机电部、建材局、有色金属总公司、国家教委、自然科学基金会等部门领导,以及研制、生产“材料”的院所、大学、公司、工厂的领导、工程技术人员,共200余人。
From November 9 to November 13, 1989, the 3rd National Conference on New Materials Science and Technology was held in Beijing jointly by the State Science and Technology Commission, the State Development Planning Commission and the State Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense.
