北京:石景山试点启动近期,北京市三网融合试点落定石景山区,具体试点工作由石景山区信息办负责整体统筹,并选定瑞达大厦作为试点场所。目前运营商在瑞达大厦内的技术网络平台已经全部搭建完成,但业务运营尚未实质展开。上海:IPTV初步形成五大产品线经过探索,目前上海IPTV业务已初步形成信息服务、休闲娱乐、分组业务、增值视听、电视商务五大产品线。继推出卡拉0K、电视杂志、电视社区业务后,日前上海电信在IPTV社区平台上开放了订餐、团购服务。
