我院1993年下半年采用选择性盆腔动脉造影、栓塞成功地治疗2例3次子宫大出血,从中获益匪浅,特报道如下。 例1.某女,25岁,住院号69920。因“葡萄胎刮宫术后2年余,下腹疼痛2月”,当地医院胸片检查示“右肺下野棉团状阴影”,B超提示“子宫绒癌”,于1993年8月7日入院。妇检:子宫前位,不均匀增大如孕12周大小,有压痛,以右侧明显,双附件区未及包块。化验Hb62R/L,BPC 196×10~9/L,WBC 4.7×10~9/L,N 0.70,L0.25,血HCG 117 630.66IU/L复查B超提示“子宫增
