用妊娠妇女外周血中的胎儿DNA进行产前诊断是目前产前诊断研究的热点,从妊娠妇女外周血中得到胎儿DNA主要有两种途径,一种是从妊娠妇女外周血中富集纯化胎儿细胞,另一种是从孕妇血浆/血清中直接提取游离的胎儿DNA。将对孕妇血浆中的胎儿DNA在非侵入性产前诊断中的应用及存在的问题进行综述。
Prenatal diagnosis of fetal DNA in pregnant women with peripheral blood is currently the hot spot in prenatal diagnosis. There are two main ways to obtain fetal DNA from peripheral blood of pregnant women. One is to enrich the fetus from peripheral blood of pregnant women Cells, and the other is to directly extract free fetal DNA from pregnant women’s plasma / serum.
