在全国同行业中,浏阳磷矿属于耗能大户,年耗能2万吨以上标准煤,其中电能约占总能耗的70％,企业总装机容量1.2万千瓦。目前,电力供需矛盾十分突击,主要产品之一的黄磷年生产能力3000吨,一般开炉率为48％,仅为生产能力的二分之一。所以,用电管理的好坏,直接影响企业经济效益的优劣。
