进行性肌营养不良症可累及心脏表现为心脏扩大,心肌去极化及复极化过程受损(心电图表现为R波降低及ST段从等电位线向上、下偏移、T波形态的改变及其振幅降低,)除此以外尚可引起异位性心动过速、窦性心动过缓、窦性心律失常、期前收缩,房室传导阻滞及室內传导阻滞等。作者报导一例进行性肌营养不良症并病态窦房结综合症发生完全性房室传导阻滞。
