我国股份制企业党组织职能的确定和完善，是中国共产党领导改革开放政策的必然。因此，股份制的实施、改造不可能脱离党组织的作用而发展，党组织在股份制企业中的职能是不可替代，且能够和更好地发挥出来。
The determination and improvement of the functions of the party organizations in joint-stock enterprises in China is an inevitable result of the CPC leading the reform and opening up policy. Therefore, the implementation and reform of the joint-stock system can not develop without the function of the party organization. The functions of the party organization in the joint-stock enterprises are irreplaceable and can be brought into full play.
