为客观评价恶性肿瘤病人机体能量代谢状况。方法作者采用床旁开放式间接测热法对我院外科２２６例住院的各类恶性肿瘤患者进行静息能量消耗（ＲＥＥ）测定，同时与２９３例同期非肿瘤住院病人的ＲＥＥ测定值作对照。结果恶性肿瘤病人ＲＥＥ测定值平均为１１８６±２４７ｋｃａｌ／ｄａｙ；对照组病人ＲＥＥ平均为１１５５±２０３ｋｃａｌ／ｄａｙ；两组之间无统计学差异。２４％恶性肿瘤病人处于低代谢状态，４６％恶性肿瘤病人属正常代谢状态，而３０％恶性肿瘤病人则处于高代谢状态。不同部位、不同种类肿瘤病人之间，机体静息能量消耗无差异。结论本研究结果证明恶性肿瘤病人机体并非均处于高代谢状态。
To objectively evaluate the body’s energy metabolism in patients with malignant tumors. METHODS: The authors used bedside open indirect calorimetry to measure resting energy expenditure (REE) in 226 hospitalized patients with malignant tumors in our hospital and compared them with 293 measured values of REE in non-tumor inpatients at the same time. Results The average REE value of malignant tumor patients was 1186±247 kcal/day. The mean REE of control patients was 1155±203 kcal/day. There was no statistical difference between the two groups. Twenty-four percent of patients with malignant tumors were in a state of low metabolism, 46% of patients with malignant tumors were normal metabolic state, and 30% of patients with malignant tumors were in a state of high metabolism. There was no difference in resting energy expenditure between patients with different sites and different types of tumors. Conclusion The results of this study demonstrated that the body of patients with malignant tumors are not all in a high metabolic state.
