设备安装需借助一些专用工具。针对某些安装任务,为确保安装精度和降低劳动强度而专门设计的专用工具可统称为安装辅件。这里以KFJ—3A型转子式翻车机为例。简述安装辅件的设计原则。 该机专门用于翻卸30～60t高边敞车散粒货物的大型自动卸车设备。翻车机由转子、平台、压车机构、托辊及传动机构组成。转子滚动圆直径7.6m,零部件单件重量最大达14.6t。笔者有效地设计了组装平台、平台支架、圆盘固定架和托架等多个安装辅件,保证了安装精度,缩短了工期,节约了原材料,增加了效益。
