腹泻营养奶以低乳糖混合性食物为特点。本文总结了其用于急慢性腹泻31例之营养学效果,并以普通婴儿饭和母乳作为对照。治疗后观察组末梢血淋巴细胞总数升至0.79×10~9/L,血清总蛋白升至65.94g/L,氮平衡为+11.86g,蛋白质表观消化率91.39％,均明显优于对照组(P <0.05),说明本品能被腹泻期婴儿较好的消化吸收,并能防治患儿营养不良。
Diarrhea Nutritional milk is characterized by low-lactose mixed foods. This article summarizes its nutritional effects for 31 cases of acute and chronic diarrhea, with normal infant meals and breast milk as a control. After treatment, the total number of peripheral blood lymphocytes in observation group rose to 0.79 × 10 ~ 9 / L, the total serum protein increased to 65.94g / L, the nitrogen balance was + 11.86g, and the apparent digestibility of protein was 91.39% (P <0.05), indicating that the product can be digested better digestion and absorption of infants and children can prevent malnutrition.
