目的比较多西环素片、清热通淋丸及两种药物联合治疗非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎的疗效。方法 258例门诊病人随机抽签分成3组,分别用多西环素片、清热通淋丸及两种药物联合治疗。结果多西组痊愈率48.24%、显效率62.35%;清热组痊愈率48.75%、显效率62.5%。联合组痊愈率82.28%、显效率89.87%;差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论三种疗法均有效,联合组的疗效明显高于其它两组。
Objective To compare the efficacy of Doxycycline, Qingre Tongtong Pill and two drugs in the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis (cervix) inflammation. Methods A total of 258 outpatients were randomized into 3 groups, treated with doxycycline tablets, Qingre Tongtong pill and two drugs respectively. Results The cure rate of Docetaxel group was 48.24%, the effective rate was 62.35%. The cure rate of the heat-clearing group was 48.75%, the effective rate was 62.5%. The cure rate of the combined group was 82.28%, the effective rate was 89.87%; the difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion All the three therapies are effective. The curative effect of the combination group is obviously higher than the other two groups.
