“四个时期仨跨越,三个领域两头真”是对周有光一生的高度概括。周先生对中国思想文化的贡献可概括为“思想先驱、文化启蒙”。文章从敢为人先与独立思考、求真务实和与时俱进、道德情怀与语言风格等方面进行具体分析。周有光先生与时俱进的进取精神,追求真理的科学精神,淡泊名利的奉献精神,海纳百川的宽广胸怀,是中国当代知识分子学习的榜样。
“The four periods spanning across the three realms of both ends are highly summarized Zhou Youguang’s life. Mr. Zhou’s contribution to Chinese ideology and culture can be summed up as ”pioneer of ideas, cultural enlightenment ". The article makes a concrete analysis from the following aspects: daring to be first person and independent thinking, being realistic and pragmatic, keeping pace with the times, moral feeling and language style. Mr. Zhou Youguang ’s enterprising spirit of keeping pace with the times, the scientific spirit of pursuing truth, the dedication of being fame and fortune, and his broad-mindedness in embrace of all kinds are examples of contemporary Chinese intellectuals.
