淮河流域土壤改良利用分区的目的是供水利方面选择灌区和初步计划灌溉设施及农业方面确定农业区划和改进农业技术措施的参考。分区的基本原则有三:第一,土壤改良必须与利用规划结合,其次分区应注意综合性、长远性和现实性,第三划区的主要因素和标准必须符合地区的特点。淮河流域土壤改良利用分区的主要参考因素为(1)土壤发生分类和主要理化性质,(2)地貌,(3)地下水的深度、矿化度及化学组成,(4)灌溉排水现状及需要改进的情况,(5)土地利用现状及对生产的评价,(6)提高土壤生产力的关键性问题。
The purpose of the subareas for soil improvement and utilization in the Huaihe River Basin is to provide a reference for water conservancy in selecting irrigation districts and preliminary planning of irrigation facilities and in agricultural aspects for determining agricultural zoning and improving agricultural technological measures. There are three basic principles for zoning: first, soil improvement must be integrated with utilization planning; secondly, zoning should be comprehensive, long-term and realistic; and the main factors and standards of zoning 3 must conform to the characteristics of the area. (1) classification of soil and its main physical and chemical properties, (2) landform, (3) depth, salinity and chemical composition of groundwater, (4) status of irrigation and drainage and the need for improvement (5) current status of land use and evaluation of production, and (6) key issues of improving soil productivity.
