采用多种细胞因子作用于人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC),测其IL-6的分泌。结果表明,IFN-γ既可单独诱导又可协同促进TNF-α诱导HUVEC分泌IL-6。协同诱导的动力学表明,4h后IL-6分泌明显提高。IL-1ra对IL-1诱导的IL-6分泌具有抑制作用,而对LPS诱导的IL-6分泌无影响。IL-10可单独诱导HUVEC分泌IL-6,并协同促进IL-1诱导的HUVEC分泌IL-6。
Using a variety of cytokines on human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC), measured IL-6 secretion. The results showed that IFN-γcan both induce IL-6 secretion by HUVECs either alone or in combination with TNF-α. The kinetics of synergistic induction showed that IL-6 secretion increased significantly after 4 hours. IL-1ra has an inhibitory effect on IL-1-induced IL-6 secretion but has no effect on LPS-induced IL-6 secretion. IL-10 alone induces the secretion of IL-6 by HUVECs and synergistically promotes the secretion of IL-6 by HUVECs induced by IL-1.
