做好思想政治工作,不仅是社会主义精神文明建设,培育有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义新人的需要,而且也是实现改革、发展、稳定的统一的重要措施。在建立社会主义市场经济这一新的历史条件下,如何结合测绘行业的特点,适应市场经济发展的规律,引导职工树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,走有中国特色的振兴测绘之路,这是值得我们探讨的课题。
