病毒性脑炎,由于邪热之毒外侵,由表入里,邪热炽盛,扰及神明,清窍受蒙而致不省人事。笔者用针刺治疗病毒性脑炎1例,现报道如下。病员朱×,女,4岁。于1993年1月20日入院,病为间歇性发热9天,嗜睡3天。神志尚清,精神萎软,表情淡漠,呼吸平稳,皮肤无出血点,颈软,心率96次/分,两肺呼吸音清,腹软,两下肢肌张力略高,但肌力为Ⅰ级。脑电图示高度异常脑电图。用青霉素钠、氨苄青、病毒唑、甘露醇等,但疗效不显,仍有失语,两下肢不能行走,于1993年2月8日请我科会诊。病属清窍郁闭,神明失聪,治当醒脑开窍,疏通络脉,通调气血。取四神聪、太冲、合谷、哑门、廉泉、足三里、三阴交(双)。治疗6次后有进步,能开口,可讲简单语词,两脚肌力亦改善,能由家长扶着走路,肌力达到Ⅳ级,1993年2月23日复做脑电图提示,正常脑电图。出院后继续门诊治疗1个月,以后言语流利,恢复如初,步履亦矫健 Viral encephalitis, due to the evil of the heat of the invasion, from the table into the evil heat flaming, disturbing the gods, clearing the way caused by unconscious.
