本文就目前我国涂阳病例发现覆盖率提出了几点看法。用流调结果或年感染率推算是不切合实际的。宋文虎等介绍日本青木正和医师提出的以总延误分布为基础的推算方法,通过成倍增加假设数所得出的覆盖率是一致的,所以科学性不强。当务之急是彻底治愈发现出来的涂阳病例,由国内专家设计出适合我国国情的涂阳病例发现覆盖率的推算方法,准确掌握和运用,指导结防工作,方能收到实际效果。
This article on the current coverage of smear-positive cases in China made a few observations. It is impractical to use flow-adjusted results or annual infection rates. Song Wenhu et al introduced Japan’s Aoki Masaki and physicians’ estimation method based on the total delay distribution. The coverage obtained by doubling the number of hypotheses is consistent and therefore not scientific. The most urgent task is to completely cure the smear-positive cases discovered by the experts. The domestic experts have designed the estimation method for the coverage of smear-positive cases that is suitable for the national conditions of our country, and accurately grasp and apply them. Only in this way can the actual results be received.
