中国资本市场的体制可以说是高度中央集权的、单一市场的行政体制,按照大家习惯的说法,就是典型的计划经济体制。资本市场的其它问题都是由这个体制造成的。
The system of China’s capital market can be said to be highly centralized, and the administrative system of a single market is a typical planned economic system as we all used to. Other problems in the capital markets are caused by this system.
